The Step Up Career Mentorship Program is an intensive three-week initiative designed to provide a supportive and structured environment for Indonesian career seekers residing in Germany. The program integrates group mentoring sessions, personalized one-on-one mentoring, and online summits. Its primary objective is to equip participants with essential career development skills.

The Indonesian Students Association in Germany (PPI Jerman), formally known as Vereinigung Indonesischer Studenten (V.I.S.) e.V., was established on May 4, 1956, in Bad Godesberg, Germany, and officially registered as a legal entity in Bonn in 1963. As a non-partisan, independent organization with a membership exceeding 11,000 students and 30 organizational branches throughout Germany, PPI Jerman is committed to fostering the interests of Indonesian students. The association actively promotes political, scientific, and social engagement with the overarching mission to support a just and prosperous Indonesian society
